For those who wanted to know where saved files are,
1.Go to MY COMPUTER and click in the above left side "ORGANIZE"
2.Then click "FOLDER AND SEARCH OPTIONS" and go to "VIEW" tab and click below "HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS" - "SHOW HIDDEN FILES, FOLDERS, AND DRIVES"
3.Then go to "LOCAL DISK (C:)" which is the C Drive and go to "ProgramData" which is suppose to be a hidden file.
4.Search for a file called "Orbit" and inside that folder will be a folder called "46" click that and inside that folder will be the saved files of the game.

Blood Dragon is not a DLC, so it is a separate game itself and is nothing related to far cry 3.
