I have a different problem:
When i run the game it shows me that setting.xml is missing. i tired everything. if you could help that wuld be great

You extract by opening the add-ff10.001 file with winrar, then there will be a .bin & .cue file inside. After extracting to my desktop I just opened the .bin file up with PowerIso and extracted the contents into a folder I created then ran the setup.exe file.
I also mounted the .bin file after installation because if you don't it will ask for the game cd, I hope this helps!

then on the bin file, right click -> ultra ISO -> Mount
