My friends... the default is russian language... but all you gotta do is change to "english" or "en" in the *.ini files like Fallout4_Default.ini; steam_api.ini; steam_api64.ini

The installer isn't working right for me for some reason. It only extracts 8.5 GB so I guess I'll use an another release.
