After installation, I had to change language from Russian to English via steam.api, loaded it up and went to the game. It's CODEX release so the save locations are the same if you use CODEX.
The game states that it's version 1.6.9.0.0 via the games settings menu instead of 1.6.9.0.1. (UPDATE) Now it reads 1.6.9.0.1, it might have been a glitch but after reload it reads as such.
Went inworld, dropped off all mah shit in far harbor then went back to the commonwealth and lo and behold, a Vault Tec radio station popped up so all seems to be working. o/
UPDATE - Yup this is the download to get as NOOG is TRUSTED and I've been playing it for HOURS. I had all of mercs uploads and patches, great work, but NOOG got this first so went with it. This is a sweet ass DLC for those who dont use mods, Vault 88 is friggen HUGE like city HUGE! Thanks NOOG o/
2. - after the logos pass you get a screen with two buttons on the lower right.
3. - click the LEFT grey button. new screen opens up.
4. - select an install path if needed then click the MIDDLE grey button. new screen opens.
5. - name the shortcut if needed then click the MIDDLE grey button, once again, new screen opens up.
6. - leave the options checked on the next page then click the MIDDLE grey button. new screen opens...did ya guess that part?
7. - last page...click the MIDDLE grey button.
8. - wait for the install, takes a bit.
9. - open the steam.api settings in the newly installed folder and change language from russian to english
10. - return here, up vote Noog and say thanks...profit o/
when you enter the game, if you're in far harbor, head back to the commonwealth and vault tec radio beacon comes up, vault 88 is the southern region.
