This version has two fallout versions, original (640x480 resolution) and another GOG exe that let's you play the game at a higher resolution. Idk if this feature is present in older versions or not tough.

Also, this one should be more Windows 10 friendly then older versions, other then that, i can't tell you more mate, sorry.

Not to mention that the GOG Wiki is out of date.

This is the new GOG Bethesda version of Fallout, which is basically the same as the previous Interplay version (I think that the most recent of that was GOG v2.0.0.14, that's what I have too) with the addition of the fan made "Fallout 1 High Resolution Patch v4.1.8".
