Did u copy the 3DMgame.ini file?? If u does, try to erase any steam.ini file from ur games folder. I hope it solved the problems w/ DLC not activated.

I found it strange that the page didn't show any seeder, coz I upload the same torrent to TPB and it already got so many seeders. And in my torrent client it show more than a hundred seeders. Well, just try to download the torrent and see if it's seeded or not. If it's not then try to download the 1 from TPB.
