This is only the update!!!
You need to have game updated to v1.12.2 (551a).

1. Start "EU IV - Update BETA v1.13.0.exe"
2. Browse to your game folder and click Install
3. Copy new crack to activate DLCs (if needed)
4. And that's all!!! Now play the game.
