Description

To update:
1. Run "EU IV - Update v1.12.1.exe"
a. Select the directory in which EU4 v1.12.0 is installed
2. Copy "dlc" folder to install directory
3. Apply crack to the install directory
a. Apply “Crack 3DM” for Singleplayer
b. Apply “SteamFix” for Multiplayer (requires Steam account.)

Note:
• The game must run at least once using the 3DM crack (Singleplayer) to activate the DLC if you plan on using the Multiplayer crack.
• Users who own EU4 on Steam can skip Step 1.

Alternate instructions are included in the torrent. Requires EU4 v1.12.0 or equivalent. Update from EU4 v1.11.4 to EU4 v1.12.0 is available. Steam Workshop downloader.

Did you try deleting "C:Users[My User Name]DocumentsParadox InteractiveEuropa Universalis IV"? I assume that you did; however, it's good to be certain.

Also, are you running a 32 bit OS and have you installed all required redistributables?
