Only tested with the 3DM release, although there's no reason for it not to work on the Skidrow update as well.

1. Extract somewhere
2. Point installer to the game main folder
3. Wait for it to finish (might seem like it's stuck sometimes)
4. Copy the contents of the crack folder
5. Enjoy the new beta update
