'Heart Attack' is the 2nd english single and overall the 3rd single from Enrique's upcoming 10th studio album which is set to be released on November 2013.The music video was directed by Yasha Malekzad who recently was the director of Turn the Night Up and Loco. On 16 October 2013, Enrique released the lyric video of the single. The video reached 300,000 views in a span of 20 hours.An official sneak peak of the video was also aired on ABC show Good Morning America
