ET with Bobot bots (Best bots for ET), latest client of game and bots (2015 update), to play with bots start game from shortcut "Enemy Territory Bobot", to add bots when playing click "Esc" button on keyboard and then click "Bobot", there you will be able to add bots with all kinds of weapons and difficulties, and to start online client simply run schortcut - "Enemy Territory", also ingame resolution is set to 1366x768 with 16:9 aspect ratio.
