All of Legion's encodes has lag problem almost every 7~10 sec on fast camera scenes or other scenes, beyond that with this bitrate and size, it should have good video quality. Nothing special!
This is the third time i forgot his name and downloaded Legion rips again and he wasted my time and BW badly.
I had never this problem on any rips even with 15g size or more with my powerful system and VGA. this is definitely from file.
Apparently this guy would never checked his rips after encoding.
My lately mistake for Legion's rip was "Prisoners 2013" and i downloaded JYK version again.
Check this file closely you will see it yourself.
Sorry 4 poor Eng lang.
