It works very well, easy to use. Can someone tell me though, why the MP4s are twice the size of the AVIs? Is there any way to reduce the size? Thanks

The normal app will open as unregistered with limitations. However, double click on crack.zip will create a new .exe (or the equivalente in Mac OS) that has no limitations.
Currently converting a .flv to .avi and seems to be working fine.
