Help & Manual is a professional help authoring and documentation tool that is as easy to use
as a normal word processor. Originally, help authoring tools were developed to make it easier
to produce interactive help files for Windows applications in the standard Microsoft formats
Winhelp (HLP files)and HTML Help (CHM files).

the help decompiler 21 folder contains files which will decompile .hlp files
the batch file automates it reasonably well, do not run as administrator
the decompiled .hlp files can make for a more complete .chm compilation
compared to simply re-compiling a single .hlp file

the HCWSETUP.EXE and htmlhelp.exe files are microsoft programs

note: if help+manual will not import .hlp files from decompilation folder,
copy contents to source folder
