Dynamic Syncopation - Dynamism (1999) (mp3 320)

One of the finest gems in the Ninja Tune back catalogue. Other than this full length, and a small handful of singles and EPs, they seemed to have fallen off the map. This is a perfect hip-hop album, comprising a little ecosystem unto itself. Nothing too groundbreaking, but a solid example of the conscious hip-hop genre. No one makes albums like this anymore, it seems, and that's a shame.
