- in your operation system go to the defragment option and optimize it (hard drive where is your OS)
- then begin to instal whit compatibility mode, in my case like i use win 8.1 the install was comp. whit win 7, maybe this steep wouldn't be needed but that's haw i did it.
Well i get first time one error and after this i made it to instal or to be more specific, decompress all the files.
