Dwarf Fortress - Lazy Newb Pack (r59)

Changelog:
- added Stonesense for dfhack-r5; including the stonsense overlay
- made "tweak/confirm-embark" and "embark-tools" (dfhack UI upgrades) run by default
- removed old LNP GUI
