Comedy travel series which follows Australian backpacker Doug Strong (a.k.a. comedian John
Sparkes) as he hits the Welsh and UK's Midlands tourist trail.

Doug is the archetypal innocent abroad as he marvels at some of the UK's delights such as the rain,
and Germaine Greer. He begins in Portmeirion where he discovers it nearly got built in Australia.
He learns never to say 'cobblers' in Northampton, and gets attacked by a rabbit in Melton Mowbray.
