Dolphin 4.0-3184 dirty build

This build is an upload meant for users who have downloaded my other torrent that has had issues running Mario Kart Wii CTGP. This is the last successful build that works 90% of the time. It is labeled as dirty because this is a test build uploaded after I submitted a ticket on dolphin's issue website.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED TO FUNCTION AS NORMAL FOR OTHER GAMES WORKING IN PREVIOUS BUILDS!

Please use this as a separate program aside from your other games. You can always add separate User folder functionality by creating a portable.txt file in the root directory of dolphin (where the dolphin.exe file is).
