Galaxy 4 is the partly missing first serial of the third season in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who, which was first broadcast in four weekly parts from 11 September to 2 October 1965.

These episodes are reconstructed with the original audio and video stills. Unfortunately, the audio has been damaged and is badly distorted.
