Doctor Who - 50 Years Trailer - The Day of the Doctor

BBC has released the trailer for the 50th anniversary special of Doctor Who.

The anticipated program, titled "The Day of the Doctor," airs on Nov. 23 in the U.K. and U.S. Another teaser had been screened at Comic-Con in July but not released online.

The stunning Doctor Who 50th anniversary trailer aired after Strictly Come Dancing, leaving fans chomping at the bit for the anniversary episode.

With special effects a-plenty, the clip took a trip through time starting with William Hartnell’s first doctor and ending with Matt Smith’s current Doctor standing on a cliff.
