Dispatches - What's In Your Wine? Monday, 15th September 2008 8pm to 9pm (48 minutes) Channel 4 (This torrent is actually from the More4 repeat on the 17th September) Jane Moore examines recent scandals in the wine industry, looking at 40 different substances that can be used in wine production but rarely appear on the label of the average bottle. She pays particular attention to the quality of the soil in the Champagne region, where up until fairly recently the land could be fertilised with untreated household waste. This is a big deal for the British consumer as we are the world's biggest importer of France's bubbly stuff. The New World crowd don't get off lightly as Jane takes the five big exporters to the UK market from the USA and Australia - Hardy's, Gallo, Blossom Hill, Jacob's Creek and Stowells - to task as to why they don't include a detailed list of ingredients in their wine, and whether that lack of information is a loophole through which they can get away with all manner of sharp practice. === File Information === File Name: Dispatches - What's in your Wine (15th September 2008).avi Duration: 00:47:54 (71,845 fr) File Size: 379 MB (or 389,090 KB or 398,428,160 bytes) bytes === Video Information === Video Codec Name: XviD Video Bitrate: 970 kb/s Bits / Pixel: 0.177 bits/pixel Resolution: 624x352 (1.77:1) [=39:22] Frames Per Second: 25.000 fps === Audio Information === Audio Codec: 0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3 Audio Bitrate: 130 kb/s (65/ch, stereo) VBR LAME3.90 =============================== Some of the other rather spiffing shows available now and always if you signup free @ www.TheBox.bz: Comedy: The Office, Peep Show, Coupling, Chef, Fawlty Towers, Only Fools and Horses, The IT Crowd, Brass Eye, Nathan Barley, Young Ones, Monty Python, Blackadder, Alan Partridge, Father Ted, Coupling, Little Britain, Mr Bean, Extras, Green Wing, Mighty Boosh Drama: Casualty, Holby City, The Bill, Hustle, Skins, Shameless, Ashes To Ashes Entertainment: Faking It, Derren Brown, Scrapheap Challenge, Strictly Come Dancing, Wife Swap Game/Quiz Shows: Whose Line Is It Anyway?, Have I Got News For You, Deal Or No Deal (UK), Q.I.
