Disable Windows 10 Upgrade Notification

Simple registry entry that will disable that annoying Windows 10 Upgrade in the notification bar. I completely hated it when I decided to stick with Windows 7 and 8.1.

1. Extract
2. Double Click
3. Restart
4. Enjoy

Microsoft, why bug us to use an operating system we didn't choose?
