This pdf was pieced together from several different source pdf files. It includes a table of contents, an index, and the solutions. I had to remove some watermarks, and the index is differently formatted.

Now the text is actually 3rd edition. I couldn't find a source 4th edition that had bookmarks for all the content; which makes the book worthless, because you can't navigate the book. So this is 3rd edition with bookmarks. In using this book for my class, there were only a couple of figure numbers that don't match the newer version, and the page numbers don't match the 4th edition, so if your instructor asys look on page 100, you will have to search a tad bit, so only a minor inconvenience.

But I CHANGED THE PROBLEM SETS to the 4th edition, so this has the 4th edition problems, so you can use it for your classes and homework.

The solutions can be found at the end of each chapter right after the exercises, and the solutions can also be found at the very end of the pdf. I have done the hard work of ripping all the chegg solutions and putting them together into a pdf, and combining them and their bookmarks with the original text; so you can just keep one file open and automatically have solutions, no need to open a chegg acount or sign into chegg.com, no need to pay for chegg account, and no need to open a browser or be online to view solutions; they are right in the book.

This is the only clean version of this pdf, so this pdf is rare, and many students could benefit. So please share and seed.
