run vbs file 'patch hd video conv dlx runasadmin' located in the hexpatch
folder. the vbs file will backup original file and use HexPatcher.exe to
seek and replace registration byte pattern, runasadmin registry settings
are added, username account is granted full permissions and program will
start.
