Being a fan of any movie or TV show with Dogs in it, I had to see this one when it was on a weekend TV matinee several times.



Jeffrey Eldon is an animal care worker at a military research laboratory. When no one is looking, he takes a bit of super plant growth formula for his rose bushes at home, but by mistake it is fed to Billy's Bobtail named Digby he is looking after.



Over night Digby starts to grow large, and Jeffrey has to sneak him out to the country. Along the way, Digby gets Dognapped and is made to join the circus! He gets away then, but he keeps getting bigger and it's hard for him to hide. First he gets to be the size of a train, and then as big as a mountain and has a really deep bark!



I guess that any kid would like to have a giant pet, but this is too much, Digby is so big that he is like a monster now.



I like the movie a lot, and remember seeing it on TV when I was a younger pup. I liked the Shaggy Dog movies, so it was nice to see another Sheepdog like that.
