Good quality for the source material, A10 (Main Track) V7. Note that the audio tracks are a bit screwy, as the main DTS track is fine but the first commentary track is simply an ac3 copy of the main track, the second commentary track is by the director and the production designer, the third commentary track is by the special effects coordinator, and there is no cast and crew commentary track. Thanks to the Uploader.

quality is really good.
the chapter markers are there, which is good.\n
subtitles available which is good also.\n
but the commentary audio was not necessary whatsoever, it takes valuable disk space and nobody wants to hear it. you could've used that space for other important audio tracks (such as spanish, french and what have you).

I must respectfully disagree regarding the commentary tracks. Many people who've seen a movie multiple times are quite happy to view it again while enjoying a different perspective: that of the commentator(s). Plus, your lament about "valuable disk space" rings a bit silly given that the three audio commentaries for this upload constitute a mere 3.7642045455 percent of the overall file size (I divided the remuxed commentary tracks' size, 636MB, by the original file's size, 16.5GB = 16,896MB, to obtain this figure). Besides, external storage prices continue to drop and one can very easily remux the video with only the audio(s) of their choice. Finally, there are few things worse in the realm of cinema than watching a dubbed version of a movie ;-) .
