My suggestion is that you can leave the DHT,PEX etc enabled in the tracker options - without them the peer swarm can get limited & torrents can die fast.

Also i have seen that you some times put very few trackers in your uploads.For Forrest Gump i saw only two trackers - this can also reduce the peer swarm (in some countries some trackers are blocked/inaccessible). I manually added additional trackers only then it started downloading.

The tracker list you used in this torrent is good - please use them (and if possible more) consistently in all your uploads and enable DHT too.

Just my 2 cents.
