Die flambierte Frau (1983) Spanish Sub.avi

the audio is off-sync by about a half or a third of a second all the way through the movie.
there is the not subtitled version over at you-tube currently, which i downloaded as a lowQ mp4 (maxres available).

you'll perhaps notice that the subtitled image is more scrunched, but its colours are truer.
i found an english subtitle srt file on the net, but that works with avi not mp4 as far as i know. i can understand the spanish subs, but it's just that damn annoying audio off-sync that has me searching for other solutions.
