Encoders Notes:
The source was prety dark, was interlaced and had too much noise.
(It was also 4:3 so i made it 16:9)
I made a script to re-size and sharpen.
Then i dropped the script into vdubmod.
In vdubmod i de-interlaced & used a de-noise filter
(which caused it to look smooth but thats better than having loads of noise. Also there is still a bit of noise as i couldnt remove it all because it would make the video look very bad).
After that i increased the gamma, brightness & contrast.
Finaly i changed the colours with a rgb eq.
I also cleaned the audio.
Its watchable, not as good as a R5 but deffinatley better than a cam.
