If your .exe is not working or you can not install the game please follow this set of instructions:

Extract Data1 to a new folder.
Extract Depru to a new folder.
Extract Depen to a new folder.
Extract RU or EN (RU for russian and EN for english language) to a new folder.Only extract one.

Now locate the folder where the steam files are.
Go to folder steamapps and inside it create a new folder named "common" (without the quotes).

Now inside the folder you created (common) create a folder named Deponia.

Now copy the content from all the folders you have extracted (except the one with the steam files) into the Deponia folder you previously created.

Go to crack folder, extract the crack and copy it into Deponia folder. When asked to replace click copy and replace.

The game should run fine now without any issues.

I know there are shorter ways to do this but I tried to make it as clear as possible. Apologies for the language it is not my native language.
