The action moves from Dennis' suburban neighborhood to the high seas where Dennis and his family are aboard a cruise ship. As they sail across the ocean blue, Dennis and his friends stumble across a princess who is being hypnotized by two criminals. When Dennis learns that these ruffians are after the princess' jewels, he unleashes his brand of revenge using some of his most devilish tricks.
