Synopsis:

The kappa in Japanese folklore are water sprites associated with a particular village.
In this case, the area where they live these elves a military research group dedicated
to creating super soldiers amphibians inspired the legend of the kappas. When the
experiment ended in murder by the monsters who run away and explode an atomic bomb,
the consequences will be fatal. Amid the nuclear debacle against the kaiju appears
