Assuming you've installed Daz3D using the installer Daz provieds...

Under your Public Documents folder, you will find a folder labeled Daz3D Inside that, there is a folder InstallManager->Downloads

Copy the downloaded zip files into the downloads folder, and launch the Daz Installer in offline mode.

Install the relevant files.
