Sorry folks, my mistake. the DAZ3D & Poser ~ Hot Stuff Poses for V4.zip file contains duplicates of images and link file that's also found in Hot Stuff Images.zip. However, Hot Stuff Images.zip also contains the poses, found in Hot_Stuff-VZ_143957.zip.
Just copy the Runtime folder into your contents directory, merging with the existing Runtime folder and you're good to go.\n
The Kiki's Cottage folder is a completely different set of files that should not have been included. However, you may use it if you wish, again copying contents of the zip into your content folder.\n
FYI, for almost any RO file just paste http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct= into the address bar of your browser and put the RO Number, 51013 in this case, after the "=" and you go to the page. Most often even if it's discontinued as Kiki's is \n

Is it just me or is the poses ZIP just a bunch of JPEGs and the large RAR is something called Kiki's Cottage?

Ah, I see, the poses are in the images ZIP.
