The Fight Club is a great set for all kinds of fighting themed renders. Lots of workout props also make it a good fit for

The center piece is a detailed boxing ring. Its top ropes offer in/out and up/down morphs for interaction with figures.
The banners at the sides can easily be removed if you want to go for a more bare look.
The ring has it`s own preload and can be used independently from the room.
