that zip file is a DIM zip which means it can be installed with DAZ Studios Install Manager, which can be downloaded here:
http://www.daz3d.com/install-manager-info
just drag and drop the entire DIM zip (the file that starts with IM) into the default install manager download folder.
by default it is located at "C:UsersPublicDocumentsDAZ 3DInstallManagerDownloads"
once you put it in there, refresh, or start up the install manager. go over to the install tab and click the check box next to all the files you want to install. Then click start, and that's it.
If the download doesn't have a IM zip file, simply unzip whatever zip file is in the torrent you just downloaded and drag the contents into the DAZ 3D Content Library Folder, and allow it to merge with the existing folders.
If you don't know where this is then open up DAZ go to
Edit->Preferences->Content Library->Content Directory Manager->Daz Studio Formats and the location that is under that, is where the folder is located.
