The video is so bad as to be unwatchable on a computer. The video is 352x240 so if you watch it on an iPhone it might be OK but it's so pixelated when blown up to just 1920x1080 it's unwatchable.
I know that Tamil is a language. I also know it's used as a group name like the Tamil Tigers, so just putting "Tamil" in the title, when you already lied about it being an "untouched" telecine, doesn't help you case that everyone should know what it is.
To anyone wanting to use this version's shitty video with the English version's video (with the giant head in the way all the time) you can't because the movies are edited completely different.

Sad to know that people are ignorant to the fact that it is a language ..
The release group/encoder is clearly listed at the end, just like they usually are.
It's not his fault that some people have never heard of Tamil. That's their ignorance and it's not his problem. It wouldn't hurt them to look it up if they don't know what the word means. If only there was a quick and easy way to find these things out, something like a worldwide networked database. Something with a name like the 'internet'. If only.
