They are clearly inspired by the great bands of the sixties whose names all happen to begin with the letter B: Beach Boys, Beatles , Byrds, BUffalo Springfield. Expect clever, catchy melodic songs, three-part vocal harmonies and jangkly guitars. Timeless tunes! It's a shame they split up. More info: http://daryllann.com On this compilation: These are - as far as I know - all DA's non-album tracks, practically all of which are out of print. Enjoy, leave a 'thank you' and seed! Lineage: All tracks were ripped from the original silver cd's with EAC, except: Tracks 101 and 102, which are from a cd-r I got in a trade. They are vinyl rips I cleaned up using Cooledit Pro 2.1. Track 205 I recorded from digital tv: Ediroll R-09HR (24/44.1) > SD card > PC > Sonar 7PE (dither to 16/44.1 wav). Track 215 was ripped by me from the original 7": Pro-ject turntable/ Grado silver cartridge/ Rotel RA 931 mkII amp > Edirol R-09HR (24/44.1) > SD card > PC > CoolEditPRo 2.1 (click repair and hum removal) > Sonar 7PE (dither to 16/44.1 wav) Sharing Widget |
