In the town of Darkness Falls lived 150 years ago woman named Matilda. Children called her the Tooth fairy, since she gave a gold coin for a tooth child would bring her. After being wrongfully accused Matilda was hung to death by the townspeople, and the story became town´s dirty secret. In modern day Darkness Falls the vengeful spirit of Matilda returns, and goes after a little boy. It seems that the only one who can save the boy is Kyle, who himself survived Matilda 12 years earlier.
