Fix to enemy move animations

These are the previous notes for build #13985 that was in coming_in_hot
Fixed an issue around retreating from drowned crew while captured.

It will now kill the hero with a warning in a confirm before attempting the retreat.
Fix to a crash related to dying outside of combat with the loot window open and quitting the game.
Disable heirloom exchange when you don’t have any heirlooms.
Fixes for various strings
Added in Localization for all new strings added in the Antiquarian Patch.
