Video Quality is rough but Audio find...thanks for uploading...this is the only copy out there!!

Will check future copies...appreciate the effort.

Suggest using Media player classic (sourceforge)...looks better than VLC. VLC has a lot of distortion...
MPC brings quality of video up to about 7 from 4.
