Cyclick Samples - Sequencer Funk [WAV | NKI] -Sin

This collection samples provides a set of (mostly bass) arpeggiator and sequencer generated lines, all in
loop form. All the instruments created for this have been multisampled and presented as Kontakt 5
instruments (see below for more info), so you can sequence or arpeggiate them however you like, or play
them like any other synth.

The instruments and sequences were created with a set of softsynths that feature sequencers/arpeggiators
already. Once the instrument voicing was created then the sequence was set and played. The sequences
were regularly tweaked to keep things fresh. The more OBX style synth sounds (we were going for a more
early 80s sound on the whole) were created with the Kurzweil K2600 which does a great job of that end of
synthesis. The arpeggiation was created with the Arpache MIDI insert in Nuendo. The K2600 was recorded
through the R24 EQ and PROVLA compressor, whilst the softsynths were given a good dose of UAD plugins
(mostly Fairchild 670 and UA1176 for some squeeze, Ampex ATR102 for a touch of tape, Neve 1081 EQ
and the odd EMT140 plate), with occasional use of the incomparable Eventide Omnipressor plugin.

The instrument multisamples have been collated into Kontakt instruments (version 5) and run from C0 to C3
with their sustain loops embedded in the WAV files. All instruments have a highpass filter assigned to the
Mod Wheel (MIDI CC#01), a lowpass assigned to MIDI CC#74, and an amplitude modulation LFO assigned
to Aftertouch.
