This version also has the levies bug, which is a pretty huge thing. It's not the uploader's fault though. 2.3.1 adds in a holdings bug, so 2.3.2 is the way to go.

To change to English:

* Look for the file settings.txt in the folder DocumentsParadox InteractiveCrusader Kings II
* make sure it says:

language=l_english
has_set_language=yes
