This is also compatible with 64bit (I'm running it on Windows 7 and have run it on Windows XP). The installation instructions above should do you just fine on 32bit. For 64bit people: If you get a message that a program has failed when running setup.bat on 64bit, do NOT panic. Just agree to close it and let setup.bat keep running. If keygen.exe does not run (you may get the same "program failed" message), skip it and use any of the following keys in keyinsert.exe (without the dashes of course):
