Contains: Plaintext contents listings covering all Weeklies (plus a few Monthlies and one Annual) posted in the stated period by shipj(olly) @ TPB, which corresponds to better than 90% of all English-language comics release that went through the "official" channels, plus some non-English ones (no percentage estimate on those... because I have no idea).

|t(imestamp)> - Two digits each for year, month, day, hour, minute of release. The time-of-day part is always 0000 and functions only as a placeholder in this listing.

|s(ize)> - Filesize in bytes, formatted for improved human readability. Fixed-width field with a 10-gig maximum; fingers crossed that'll suffice for a while yet!

|n(ame)> - This one, you'll just have to figure out on your own, I'm afraid! :P

Organization: Each of the three contained files is sorted by a combination of two of those three fields, as no single one of them is ever entirely unique by itself, due to chance, duplicate contents, identical naming, et cetera. Specifically, by name then time (filename suffix "by nt"), by size then name ("by sn"), and by time then name ("by tn").
