This program removed the worst spyware problems I had.

Run "combofix" and do not run any other programs while "combofix" scans your computer.

Do not click on combofix screen while it scans or it may freeze up.

Combofix will restart the computer one time, just let it finish untill it gives you the final report at end of scan.
