COD4 patch & tunngle.rar

if you have downloaded game and patched successfully and can play single player
download these patches and you can play multiplayer

install 1.6 patch
then install 1.6-1.7 patch in ur game directory

install tunngle (is what i use)


after done this
open tunngle.wait for lobby to load,
goto cod4 games room

run cod4 game
join server
dont click on internet game (always need key)
instead look at top of screen and u will see SOURCE
click it till u get LOCAL
refresh if no games are there
pick a game and play

sometimes it will come up permanently banned
just join server again.click source to local and play
