This is from the BBC's "Screen Two" series broadcast in 1987, stars Lenny Henry and John Shea as Richie Lee and John Carloff,

2 Soul Dj's who somehow get mixed up in a counterfeit racket and head off on the run in their mobile disco ice-cream van.
A memorable TV play that'll probably never get an official DVD release :(
There are great performances from all involved, notably Peter Postlethwaite, George Baker, Peter Vaughan and Cherie Lunghi
