Club Penguin Elite Penguin Force ARM7 Fixed

Some of the NDS ROMS we will see over the next while will no longer
work on the M3 and M4 chips. As no new firmware for either of those
chips is likely to be released, your options are:

a) Buy a new chip such as the CycloDS
b) "Fix" the roms by replacing the incompatible ARM7 loader code with an older version that still works on the M3/M4.

NO idea how long option b will work, but it works for this one!

This is the ESPALNDS release, I take no credit for it at all (thanks ESPALNDS!), that has been fixed to include an M3/M4 compatible ARM7 file.

The included .nfo file shows you what I did, and how to do this yourself for future releases.
